Are you excited?[/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space height=”12px”][vc_column_text]I’ve been thinking a lot about what I wanted my first article of 22 to be. Should it be on a requested topic, or should it be 1 of the 100’s of ideas i’ve had swarming throughout my head.
What I finally decided on….or it decided on me, was to share my personal excitement for 2022. I am so dang excited about just the prospects of an amazing year, I must tell you why.[/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space height=”12px”][vc_column_text]Whether you choose to read further or not, I would like you to remember;

If you have Apple TV you know, if you don’t you should get it and watch the show.
- Ted Lasso is the coach for a soccer team in England. He is completely out of his league. Literally!
- He has never coached soccer before and logistically, he is as far away from his family as he could be.
He’s comical ( the show is a comedy), easy to like and as much as you might like to “think” he’s going to fail, he ends up winning in so many different ways. His secret weapon? BELIEVE[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row content_placement=”middle” css=”.vc_custom_1534802218178{margin-top: 50px !important;}”][vc_column width=”1/2″][vc_column_text]I’m not a slap happy movie watcher at all. Some of the all time fav’s like Southpark, The Simpsons and especially Jackass…I’m just not into them.
Stupid humor doesn’t make me laugh.
It’s the everyday stuff that happens to us which these shows can bring alive and make us laugh at ourselves. Then, they won all sorts of awards and you, my piers began to talk some nice about it. It all caught my attention. Consequently, my husband and I watched it, I was surprisingly blown away.[/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space height=”12px”][vc_column_text]What fascinated me was Ted Lasso’s ability to turn a grape into wine. To take something sour and make it sweet.
The ability to completely ignore the obvious. He’d wake up everyday, same routine, same joyous attitude and whatever was thrown his way…..he somehow managed to manage it….with a huge smile.[/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space height=”12px”][vc_column_text]After watching the show and eagerly anticipating the next season, I realized how important it is for all of us to be like Ted Lasso. His #1 motto….Believe! Believe in yourself, believe in others, believe in greatness…..believe![/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space height=”12px”][vc_column_text]Being a part of this Beauty Community is such an awesome experience and a blessing.
We are blessed because we are paid to do what we truly love to do. Yet…….we all have a lot of competition right?
It doesn’t matter if you are a Salon with a Salon down the street from you on every corner, A Mfg. selling a product which 10 other Companies sell or a Distributor and Educator etc. etc. You get my point.
If you believe, if we believe in ourselves THAT is all that matters.[/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space height=”12px”][vc_column_text]So why am I so dang excited for 2022?
I realized no matter how many choices my clients have in purchasing products, no matter what my competition is, no matter whether I’m large or small I BELIEVE!
I believe I do my best daily. I believe I offer the best in quality beauty care. I believe what we offer in education is top notch. I believe I do all I can do to assist my clients in healthy growth. I believe I will make mistakes….and I will learn from them.
And, I believe in you!
