Centre For Beauty will always do our best to provide the utmost in customer service to our clients.

However, as a small Business we must establish policies to best protect our Company, with the care and concern of our clients.

• Centre For Beauty does not issue cash or credit refunds.  Any item returned NOT due to an error on the part of Centre For Beauty will be issued a credit “on account”
• Shipping cost of returned items, unless by fault of Centre For Beauty is paid by the Customer.
• Used product are not accepted as returns. Any products being returned must be returned in good shape no more than 10 days after receipt.
• Centre For Beauty uses UPS and USPS.  We attempt to choose the best shipper for the best price.
• Damages in shipping will be managed by Centre For Beauty.
• Address corrections unless by fault of Centre For Beauty will be assessed a $17.00 fee.
• All shipments outside of the USA must be directed to cj@centreforbeauty.com for evaluation.
