I Built sa’SHa For The Feet Nothing Else Could Fix
After more than three decades of experience in the Beauty Industry including, working as a licensed Nail Technician, Owning a Salon and visiting Salons all over the Country, I stopped waiting for the right foot care product and decided to build it myself. sa’SHa did not come from a marketing meeting. It came from the chair. It came from the clients whose feet refused to respond to anything on the market.
You know the ones. You have have them too.
The Gap Nobody Was Filling
Walk any distributor aisle and you will find shelves of foot products. Softeners, scrubs, masks, lotions that promise smooth and supple in one application. Most of them are built for the retail shopper standing in a drugstore, not for the licensed professional working on a heel that has been neglected for years.
That is the gap. The professional foot care category was full of products that smelled nice and felt pleasant and did very little for the feet that actually needed help. We were handed consumer formulas and asked to deliver clinical results with them.
I spent a lot of thought working around that gap. Layering products. Stretching one thing to do a job it was never built for. Hoping the product I was using would solve the problem. Sometimes it did yet, not without extra time and a lot of physical exertion. However, there is only so long you can hope a formula will perform before you admit it never will.
Hope is not a protocol.
A Real Result, Not A Claim On A Bottle
I had a client whose heels had defeated everything. Years of standing for work, dry climate, calluses that cracked deep enough to bleed. She had tried the drugstore route. She had been to other techs. By the time I introduced sa’SHá she expected another round of “this should help” followed by another disappointment.
I did not promise her anything. I put sa’SHa to work and recommended professional grade foot care products to continue at home, what I had managed to improve in the chair. No miracle language. Just a protocol and a product built to hold up under it.
Three appointments later her heels were closed, soft, and staying that way between visits. She cried a little. I will not pretend that did not stay with me. That is the result I built sa’SHa for, and that is the result I trust it to repeat.
How sa’SHa Works Inside The Service
sa’SHa is not a single bottle you swipe on at the end. It is built to carry through the whole service, from prep to finish.
- In prep, it softens and prepares the skin (and the cuticles) so your reduction work is more effective and more comfortable for the client.
- During the service, it supports the smoothing and refining you are already doing with your file and your hands, so you are not fighting the skin to get a clean result.
- At finish, I seal the work with Professional brand products which build the kind of barrier support that keeps the result looking and feeling professional when the client walks out your door.
You are not improvising a routine out of three unrelated products anymore. You are running one protocol that was designed for the work you actually do.
Built To Go Home
Here is the part most professional lines forget. The result you create in the pedicure room starts unraveling the moment the client leaves it. They go back to their shoes, their floors, their habits, and within a week the heel you worked so hard on is heading right back where it started.
The same ingredients in sa’SHá that powers your service supports the client between appointments with recommended professional grade foot cream. The result holds. Your work keeps showing up two and three weeks later, which is exactly when your client decides whether you are worth re-booking.
A product that only performs in your chair is doing half the job. Recommending professional at home care products, continue the work you did in the chair.
What Sets It Apart
The products that promise everything tend to deliver very little, because a formula built to do all things for all shoppers cannot specialize in the feet that need real help.
sa’SHa is built for the professional and the client whose feet have a real problem to solve. It does fewer things than the all-in-one bottles claim to, and it does them at full strength. That is the difference between a product that markets well and a product that performs in your room, on your hardest client, on a Tuesday afternoon when you do not have time for something that almost works.
I did not build sa’SHa to compete on shelf appeal, I did not build sa’SHá to complete with other brands. I built it to close a heel that nothing else could close. I built it for ease, I built it for cost effectiveness, I build it for convenience (3 services in 1 bottle), I built if for the Salon Professional, not to be sold into the retail market.
Put It To Work
I do not ask you to take my word for it. Put sa’SHa to work on the client you have not been able to satisfy, the one whose feet have made you feel like you were running out of answers. Let the feet tell you. Let you client feel and see the difference.
